Creating ASCII art using Images

We have seen this art on many places like on Facebook, or any other social networking site. I use to very amaze when i see such art. I always wanted to do it with my image. So after lots of searching i found one software which helps in doing that.

Now, what is ASCII art? ASCII art is a graphic designing technique that uses computers for presentation, and consists of pictures pieced together from the printable characters defined by the ASCII Standard. It is basically text-based visual art, and can be created with any text editor.

• By using the ASCII Generator open source application you can convert any image into ASCII art. You just need to drag or drop or open the specified location of any image to convert it to ASCII art. 
• It also helps you select only the part of the image or the whole image.
• The Control pane allows you to adjust the text Density Levels, Brightness, Contrast and Dither of the image.
• You can also convert multiple images using the Batch Conversion. You can adjust the Output Size, Text etc, of all the images selected for the batch operation.
