Windows Like App Switching For Android
While using Windows when you have to switch between tabs, what is the best easy and quick option? Ofcourse, using Alt + Tab key. This option is used in almost all the Windows optoins. Whereas in Windows 8 on the touch screen you can so it using a swipe. Similarly, what if you get the same option on your Android smartphone? I know it can be something weird, but now it is possible.
Very thanks to an application, Switchr. Switchr is a simple yet practical application that allows switching between apps with the swipe of a finger. It's a lot like Alt-Tab, and with two styles to choose from, Switchr allows for great customization and use of gestures to beautifully switch between apps. It even allows switching in real time while you're swiping.
The app provides two style of app switching; Flow and Slide. When selected the Flow option, it displays icons using flow animation. Whereas, if selected Slide, it brings up one app icon at a time (Windows 8 style swipe gesture) and switches directly to the app.
You have the option to lauch the app when boot and switch mode. You can also define the margins of the area in which you have to swipe to access it from the settings menu.
Note: keep the area as narrow as possible to avoid any interference.
This app is also available with the Pro version, which allws you to customize every aspect of Switchr. Switchr Pro allows you to take advantage of all gestures, customize every visual aspect, configure blacklists/whitelists to your liking, show an unlimited amount of apps, and much much more. This app works best with tablets and big screen mobile.

Thank for this excellent post. I have been able to recover an old note, but now it is full of coding and difficult to read. Do you know how to resolve? Thanks in advance.
ReplyDeleteHave you placed that note in the location mentioned in the post?
