Many were the best among the features while some didn't quit made it. Day by days, you can surely say that now days budget is not an issue. You can get the best smartphones in less than 10000 INR.
Since, i have mentioned the price as 10000, i will get you list of smartphones, that wer launched in this year. I wont say that this are only best but yes they are best in their own way.
