Xiaomi Redmi 4A With 4G VoLTE Support Launched in India: Specs & More
After the success of the Redmi Note 4 in India, Xiaomi has launched the Redmi 4A smartphone. The smartphone features a polycarbonate body and is priced at Rs 5,999 and launches on 23 March at 12PM on Amazon.in and mi.com. Users will be able to pre-order the Redmi 4A soon, even when the device will be out of stock. Xiaomi Redmi 4A will come in Dark grey, Gold and Rose Gold colour variants. The Rose colour option will be available beginning April 6.
The smartphone feautures a 5-inch IPS LCD screen with 1280×720 pixels display resolution. Running on Android Marshmallow OS with MiUI, the Redmi 4A is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 425 chipset with a quad-core 1.4 GHz Cortex-A53 CPU and an Adreno 308 GPU.
The Xiaomi Redmi 4A rear camera has a 13-megapixel sensor with PDAF, a 5-lens system, an f/2.2 aperture, and is backed by a LED flash. The front camera bears a 5-megapixel sensor with an f/2.2 aperture. Redmi 4A comes with 16GB of inbuilt storage that is expandable via microSD card (up to 128GB).
