Tablet's War (BSNL Vs Ubislate 7+ Aakash 2)
Finally after being in the limelight of the Cheapest Android Tablet in the World, Aakash Tablet there was a much craze and havoc to get it booked which resulted it the complete sold out of the sales of these Tabs. Later on, the Second Higher Version of the Tab, Ubislate 7+ which is also known as Aakash Tab 2 was introduced which had more features than the previous one. Now, in the Race of Tablets BSNL has Joined with the Launch of three Android Tablets – ‘The Penta Tablets Series‘, with the cheapest model costing Rs 3,250.
The three tablets that have been launched are T-Pad IS701R, T-Pad WS704C and T-Pad WS802C.
While T-Pad IS701R will be giving a clear competition to the Akaash Tablet, the other two T-Pad WS704C and T-Pad WS802C have been specifically launched to compete with the Reliance & Beetel Tablets.
Pantel has already started taking the pre-book orders with tablets costing INR 3250, INR 10999 & INR 13500 respectively for T-Pad IS701R, T-Pad WS704C and T-Pad WS802C
The Penta TPAD IS7O1R features a 7″ resistive touchscreen, 1 GHz processor, 256 MB RAM, upto 32GB storage via memory card, WiFi, 3G dongle support & a front camera. It’s priced to compete the Aakash tablet at Rs 3,499. We think the technical specifications outweigh a slightly higher price than the Aakash and expect this tablet to appeal to Aakash fans.
The Penta TPAD WS704C sports a 7″ capacitive touchscreen, 1 GHz processor, 512 MB RAM, upto 32GB storage via memory card (4 GB built-in), WiFi, 3G dongle support & front as well as rear cameras. It also comes with a SIM card slot and is priced at Rs. 9,917.

All tablets come with Android 2.3 and a one-year warranty. Customers can also expect to enjoy subsidized data plans from BSNL.
