The Most Secure Smartphone "BlackPhone 2" to be Launched Next Month
The most important thing that we see in any smartphone is Security. It is something that every user needs their phone to have. Now to this requirement new smartphone is introduced by Silent Circle at MWC 2015. The name of the smartphone is Blackphone 2. Good news, the smartphone is available for pre-order and will start shipping next month. Though the phone will be available for shipping the cost of the phone is not yet revealed.
But to let you know the company has revealed a suggested retail price of $629 (roughly, Rs 41,000) back at MWC 2015.
Silent Circle has also rebranded PrivatOS, now calling it Silent OS. The handset features a 5.5-inch full-HD display protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 3 and is powered by an unspecified 64-bit octa-core processor coupled with 3GB of RAM. The handset also includes 4G LTE connectivity and a microSD card slot. A 3060mAh battery is also included inside the handset.
The smartphone sports a 13MP camera and comes with a microSD card support and quick charge battery. As the name suggest Secure, the smartphone allows the user to make and receive secure cals, send excrypted text messages, store files securely and browse the web through anonymous VPN. The new version lets them assign different logins for different sections inside the device. Users will be able to assign a login for document apps and set a different login for communication apps.
