Sony Xperia XA Dual with 5-inch HD display Launched at Rs 20,990

Sony has launched its latest handset under its X series in India. The company at its launch event earlier this month had said that the Xperia XA Dual will be made available in the third week of June. Dubbed as Sony Xperia XA Dual the smartphone is exclusively available via Amazon India at Rs 20,990. The smartphone is also available on the official Sony retail stores.

The manufacturer will also be offering free three month subscription of Sony Liv, Hungama Play and Kindle ebooks. The smartphone will also come bundled with Gameloft games and free credits worth Rs 780.

For specifications, Xperia XA Dual smartphone runs Android 6.0 Marshmallow with company's UI on top. It features a 5-inch HD (720x1280 pixels) display powered by Mobile Bravia engine 2. It is powered by a MediaTek MT6755 coupled with 2GB of RAM and 16GB of built-in storage. Like the Xperia X, the Xperia XA Dual also supports expandable storage via microSD card (up to 200GB).

The Sony Xperia XA Dual sports a 13-megapixel camera with Exmor RS for mobile sensor, hybrid autofocus, and LED flash. It also houses an 8-megapixel front camera. It is backed by a 2300mAh battery. The Sony Xperia XA supports 4G LTE, GPS, A-GPS, Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac, Bluetooth v4.2, NFC and micro-USB connectivity.
