Google Play replaces Android Market
Big news just dropped from Google today regarding the Android Market and Google’s services as a whole. From today, Google Play will be displayed on every computer and mobiles because the Android Market, Google Music and the Google eBookstore will all become part of Google Play. The details were just revealed and Google Play is live right now and the Android Market is Dead.
Google Play has a streamlined new look to make it easier to wade through the vast range of apps in the Android Market. It's available from today on phones rocking Android 2.2 and above.
The Music, Videos and Books apps will change to Play Music, Play Movies and Play Books. Head to the current Market to update your apps, and look out for the new 'play button' icon instead of the famous Android.
Everything remains the same except for the logo, name and UI refresh. They layout is similar and they haven’t introduced anything too new, yet. We expect more details and announcements will be following soon but for now enjoy some pictures, Google’s neat video, and then head to the new Google Play from the via below.

Users of Android 2.2 (and above) should notice the software update within the next few days, although other than the new name, initial changes should be minimal. We're also to be on the lookout for a new "Play" tab within the top toolbar of Google's website. To mark the occasion, the company has announced a promotional "Seven Days to Play" sale, which will tease would-be shoppers with discounted apps, books, movies and music throughout the week.

Lets hope for the best. Welcome Google Play, Good-bye market.android.com
