Google Glass Technical Specification
We have already seen how the Google Glass works. Google Glass is a wearable computer with a head-mounted display (HMD) that is developed by Google in the Project Glass research and development project. Google has already gave the demo for the Goolge Glass in June last year. It was accepted well by he people and the technology world. After that people were eager to know on how it works. We have already covered it by showing you the Infographic on how Google Glass works.
Recently, Google has unveiled the technical specification of Google Glass and also released the android app in the Google Store.
Specification:
Glass features a 640 x 360 display that Google says is the "equivalent of a 25-inch high definition screen from eight feet away," a 5-megapixel camera capable of 720p video. here will be 16GB of flash storage on-board, with 12GB actually usable, and it will sync with "Google cloud storage" like Google Drive. Glass will feature adjustable nose pads in a frame that Google says will "fit any face," and you'll get extra pads in two sizes.
As for battery life, Google claims Glass will last up to "one full day of typical use," though notes that certain applications such as video recording and Hangouts will have a greater impact on endurance. While Glass charges over a Micro USB connector, Google encourages owners to use the packed-in USB cable for a "long and prosperous" life. Connectivity-wise, Glass supports 802.11b/g Wi-Fi and is compatible with "any Bluetooth-capable phone," though functionality will vary. The list of specifications also mentions an app called "MyGlass" for phones with Android 4.0.3 and above; this will enable GPS and SMS support.

Google also released the MyGlass app in the play store which is a companion app to use Google Glass. MyGlass allows you to configure and manage your Glass device. The app will work only with Google Glass.
