Acer Iconia W3-810-1600 Tablet: First 8-inch Windows Tablet

Technology war is on the high. Every company is trying their best to give the best. Technology has reached so high that manufacturer are providing the best they can have. Similarly, some of the computer manufacturing companies are also trying their hands in giving some of the best tablets they can. Recently, Acer came up with the first ever small-screen Windows 8 Tablet PC, called the Acer Iconia W3-810-1600, leaked onto Amazon over the weekend before being quickly taken down. Talking more about it, it has an 8.1-inch display with a resolution of 1280 x 800 pixels and Acer CrystalBrite LED-backlit technology. The display supports multi-touch up to 10 fingers. For processor, it uses Intel Atom Z2760, a dual-core processor with a speed of 1.5 GHz. In terms of camera, the gadget is equipped with dual camera with same resolution, 2 MP rear-facing and 2-MP front-facing. The slate features 2 GB of RAM and 32 GB flash storage. The ports on Acer W3-810-1600 are a USB 2.0 port, an HDMI port, and a 3.5mm headphone jack.

Other connectivity features are Bluetooth 4.0 + EDR and Wi-Fi 802.11b/g/n. A Lithium-polymer 3500 mAh is included inside this tablet, providing up to 8 hours of battery life.

From a specs perspective, the new tablet features an 8.1-inch display and 32GB of storage and was selling on Amazon for $380 before it was removed.
