Rovio launches Angry Birds Friends
Angry Birds was one of the most played game on PC and Android. After that many other games were introduced by Rovio. Some of Rovio's game were, The Croods, Amazing Alex, bad Piggies, Angry Birds Star wars, Space and other. They haven't stopped here. They kept giving more and more new games. Now they have came up with a new game "Angry Birds Friends" for iOS and Android OS. Like its Facebook counterpart, the game is focused on social versions of standard Angry Birds mechanics -- flinging various bird types at various structures protecting pigs, with the ultimate goal of destroying said pigs.
Angry Birds Friends puts a social twist to the game you are familiar with, letting you challenge your Facebook friends for the title of ultimate bird flinger. Players have the option to compete in weekly tournaments with friends and see if they can snag the gold, silver or bronze trophies. This is similar to how Rovio has been offering the game Angry Birds on Facebook.
Not only this but you can get daily rewards, send gifts and receive gifts. Your tournament progress will automatically update when you a e playing it on Facebook. The game also includes four classic power-ups, plus one exclusive to Angry Birds Friends on mobile.
The game has over 400 levels from the get-go, and is free to download for the first two weeks. The Windows Phone 8 version also features have Xbox Live integration with new achievements and leader boards.
