Idea Ultra Smartphone Launched For 10,500 INR

Many electronics manufacturer company has started producing mobile handset. Now the telecom operators have started trying their luck in producing their own smartphone. One such company is the Idea Cellular. Telecom operator Idea Cellular has launch a new self-branded Android smartphone in the country. This smartphone is known as Idea Ultra and it has been priced at 10,500 INR.

Talking more this smartphone, it is equipped with 5” (12.7 cm) IPS display. It has a 8-megapixel rear camera with LED flash which offers burst mode to take 90 continuous shots on a single click and and also has a 0.3-megapixel (VGA) front-facing camera. It comes with dual SIM support with dual standby similar to other Idea phones. The handset is fueled by a solid 2,000 mAh battery. It runs on Android 4.1.2 Jelly Bean. it is equipped with a 1.2GHz quad-core MediaTek 6589M processor with 512MB of RAM.


On the connectivity front, the Idea Ultra phone comes with Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, GPS and 3G. Other features include sensors like proximity sensor, light sensor and G-sensor. The company is also offering an additional benefit to those users who chose to buy this phone with a special 3G data pack. With this pack costing from Rs 259 to Rs 261 as per the circle, subscribers will get 3GB of free 3G data and free Idea TV subscription for 3 months from the date of activation.
