Recover Deleted Files Using ReclaiMe
We all work on our computers. There are so many other options using which you can carry all your data or some important files. USB hard-disk or pen-drives are some of the modes. But now a days its an smartphone era so most of your computer work can be done on your smartphone. You can even carry large data files in your mobile. But sometimes due to many reasons your data can get lost. This is mostly the case with computers and USB drives.
There are many other software's that helps you to do so. But one such application that works very well is the ReclaimMe File Recovery. ReclaiMe File Recovery is a multipurpose data recovery software. Built with simplicity in mind, ReclaiMe recovers data from most file systems one can encounter in day-to-day use. This software recovers data from Hard Drives (Internal, External and Laptops), Memory Cards and USB Drives.
Lets see how this application works:
This application is very easy to install. You require no external applications to install this.
1. Download and install ReclaiMe File Recovery from here.
2. Run the application
3. Once you run the application, you will see the interface which shows the number of disks your PC has and the external drives connected to your PC.
4. Just select the drive that you want to scan for recovery and press the Start button.
5. Once you click on the Start button, it will start the scanning.
6. The files are displayed as soon as they are discovered on the left side.
7. When the scanning gets complete, you will see the "Processing Complete" message.
8. Select the files or folders you want to recover.
9. Click Save button on the toolbar.
For more information on the process of Undeleting the file, click here. The process of recovering files which were accidentally deleted is called "undelete". This only is applied if there was no catastrophic damage and you need only a few files recovered.
Whereas, for Unformating a drive, click here. Unformat" is data recovery from a drive that was formatted by accident or from a drive which suffered catastrophic logical failure for whatever reason, but is mechanically fine.
Conclusion:
I have tried many other application while recovering my deleted files. I was not that much satisfied with the outcome as compare to what i got from ReclaiMe. Specially, the ability of NAS Recovery and RAW File System Recovery. This has helped a lot in recovering NAS RAID Metadata.
Another impressive thing that this software does is the recovering FAT, exFAT, NTFS, and ReFS filesystem that were used by Windows 7, Vista, XP, 8, Server 2003/2008/2012. It also helps recovering the EXT2, EXT3, EXT4, and XFS filesystems used in Linux. Along with recovering the Digital camera and other such devices. Overall, this is something that everyone should use to recover. The process is very easy in recovering and also you can then save back your deleted data.
You can also see the video below to understand the working of the software.
