Blackberry Z3 Launched in India @ 15,990 INR
Recently in a survey, i wrote about Blackberry Z10. Now the Blackberry came up with a new budget phone India. BlackBerry has launched Z3, its new budget device in India at Rs 15,990. The pre-booking of this smartphone had started. The phone will also offer a lot of content for the Indian audience and will include apps like Wonobo, a Google Streetview-like mapping serving covering top cities.
The phone comes with a keyboard that is as good with Hindi and Hinglish as it is with English. The BlackBerry Z3 is the first phone manufactured by Foxconn. The phone supports a few Android apps out of the box. Android apps can be downloaded directly from the Internet. However, not all Android apps are supported.
The Z3 is powered by a 1.2GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 400 (MSM8230) dual-core processor and 1.5GB RAM. The phone features a 5-inch (540 x 960 qHD resolution) display. The phone runs BlackBerry 10 OS version 10.2.1, the latest iteration of the OS. The phone sports a 5MP rear camera and a 1.1MP front-facing camera. The smartphone comes with 8GB storage and a microSD card slot that supports cards up to 32GB.
It has a 2500mAh battery, which the company claims, offers up to 15.5 hours talk time and up to 16.2 days of standby time. In terms of connectivity options, the phone offers Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, 3G, FM radio and GPS.
The Blackberry Z3 comes pre-loaded with a lot of apps and features to make it useful and enticing. While the Blackberry Hub and BBM keep you connected personally and professionally, apps like Time Shift & Story Maker make the phone more enjoyable.
