Vernee Apollo Smartphone Launched With 6GB RAM
After Meizu and Vivo now its another Chinese company who manufactured a smartphone with 6GB RAM. Chinese smartphone maker Vernee unveiled its new flagship smartphone called Apollo in China. he handset will be available in the market from next month in silver colour option. No information is provided by the company pn launching the smartphone in other country.
Talking about the specification, it packs MediaTek's newest Helio X20 (MT6797) SoC which was revealed at an event in China on Wednesday. The Helio X20 is built on top of tri-cluster CPU architecture and was first showcased last year. At the time of launch, MediaTek had also claimed that the Helio X20 was world's first mobile processor to have tri-cluster CPU architecture, which houses three processor clusters.
According to Android Authority, the Vernee Apollo smartphone will feature a 5.5-inch QHD display with Force Touch (pressure sensitive touch display) capability with 2560x1440 pixels resolution.. Powering the handset is a deca-core MediaTek X20 processor paired with 6GB of RAM. The internal storage of the device accounts to 128GB. The handset is said to sport 21-megapixel rear camera with Sony IMX230 sensor and also houses an 8-megapixel front snapper camera for selfies.
The connectivity options of the device include 4G, LTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS. It is likely to come with a USB Type-C port. On design, the Apollo smartphone is said to sport all-metal design.
