LeEco Le Pro 3 with 6GB RAM Launched in China: Price, Specifications Features and More
The much awaited flagship smartphone by the Chinese technology firm LeEco has finally launched on Wednesday, named LeEco Pro 3. The smartphone has now only been launched in China and interested buyers can register for the flash sale which will be taking place in next week.
The phone does not have different features than the previous one. The only change it has is in the memory and inbuilt storage. It was the news that the phone will sport a massive 8GB RAM. But, this is not the case, the storage is not expandable via microSD card, while only one SIM card slot supports 4G connectivity at a time. It bears a fingerprint sensor on the rear panel.
The LeEco Le Pro 3 runs EUI 5.8, based on Android 6.0 Marshmallow. The dual-SIM (Nano-SIM) smartphone sports a 5.5-inch full-HD (1080x1920 pixels) display with 2.5D curved glass, In-Cell touch tech, and a pixel density of 403ppi. It is powered by a 2.35GHz quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 821 SoC that's coupled with the Adreno 530 GPU.
The Le Pro 3 sports a 16-megapixel rear camera with an f/2.0 aperture, PDAF, HDR, BSI CMOS sensor, 4K video recording at 30fps, and a slow-motion recording of 720p at 120fps. On the front, the smartphone bears an 8-megapixel camera with an f/2.2 aperture, and a 76.5-degree wide-angle lens.
The Le Pro 3 forgoes the 3.5mm headphone jack, and instead uses the single USB Type-C port on board. A headphone adapter will ship with the smartphone. The company is also touting its Continual Digital Lossless Audio (CDLA) support, for hi-fidelity audio, as well as Dolby Atmos-powered audio.
In terms of connectivity, the LeEco Le Pro 3 supports 4G LTE (with support for bands in India), Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac, NFC, GPS/ A-GPS, and Bluetooth v4.2, apart from USB Type-C. The smartphone bears a 4070mAh battery, measures 151.4x73.9x7.5mm, and weighs 175 grams. Apart from a fingerprint scanner, other sensors on board include a proximity sensor, ambient light sensor, accelerometer, gyroscope, and an infrared emitter. The smartphone will be available in Gold, Grey, and Silver colour variants.
The LeEco Le Pro 3 has been launched in four variants. The 4GB RAM + 32GB inbuilt storage version has been priced at CNY 1,799 (roughly Rs. 18,100), while the 6GB RAM + 64GB storage version has been priced at CNY 1,999 (roughly Rs. 20,100).
