Its not that essential to have a preview pane in the Gmail. But many of us will like to try it alteast for once. We have alreaddy seen the new view of Gmail by Google. It looks good too. But there are many other feature which are provided by Gmail. We have seen whole lot of it in our previous post. Some were, Schedule Your Email to Sent Later, Setting Out of Town/Office Message in Your Gmail, Open multiple Gmail Account in Browser, Access Gmail Offline, 7 Ways to Organize Your Gmail, and many more.

Google has launched a new preview-pane feature for Gmail. This feature ia already available in Hotmail and some other services. It looks like the outlook. The mail subjects are displayed in the left and the preview of it in the right. At least you dont have to click on any of the mail then click again of the back of Inbox to go the Inbox page. This is a new feature so it is not activated in your mail automatically. You have to add it from the Settings Lab.

Follow the steps below to add this feature.

1. Login to your Gmail account.

2. Go to Settings -> Labs.

3. Scroll are find the "Preview Pane" feature.

4. Enable the feature by selecting the "Enable" option.

5. Save the changes and go to Inbox.

6. You will find a preview option on the left side of your Settings option.

7. Click on it and enable the preview pane feature.

You can also go back to your normal view by selecting the same preview button.

Hope you like and post. Please do comment.

Cheers!!!
