Quickly Turn Your Monitor Off

Desktop machine has a direct power button to switch the PC off. But this is not the case with laptops. You are working on your laptop and immediately you find that there's something important need to be done now. You turn off your laptop by clicking on the Shut Down button from the Start Menu. Then you wait till all the processes gets close and the screen turn black. Till that time you waste more than 3-4 minutes. But now that's not the case. Follow the steps below:

1. Download this software from the website.

2. Unzip the file and run the setup file.

3. Select the options (like where to install) and proceed with the installation.

4. The tool requires .NET framework to run. If you don’t have it installed, it’ll ask you to do it. Once done, you can go on with the installation.

5. After installation Dark.exe icon will be crated on the desktop. Double click on it to move it to system tray.

6. Now, when the icon is in the system tray, just double click on it to turn your laptop off.

7. Then to bring it back to ON, move the mouse or press a key, like it happens usually when Windows turns it off.

8. Right click on the icon in the system tray and you can set it to "Start With Windows".
