LG G Flex2 Curved Phone to Launch on January 30
LG had launched the most anticipated smartphone LG G Flex 2 sometimes back. After much of rumor and info leaks LG has start selling its latest cured smartphone in South Korea next week. LG has also mentioned that the phone will be officially launched on January 30 and will be available overseas in the next month. LG, the Korean company has quoted the price of Rs. 45,400. The main interesting thing about the phone is that it contains curved screen making it a bit different smartphone for the competitors.
LG has already launched the first curved phone in 2013 and did well in the market. This times they are hoping to capture the bigger market. Talking about the phone, LG Flex 2 is the first smartphone that is eqquiped with Qualcomm Snapdragon 810 (a 64-bit octa-core SoC) processor consisting of 2 GB of LPDDR4 RAM and Adreno 430 GPU. The phone runs on Android 5.0 Lollipop. It has a 5.5 inch full HD curevd P-OLED dsiplay with a 1080x1920 pixel resolution and 403 ppi pixel density.
The LG G Flex2 sports a rear 13.0-megapixel camera with optical image stabilisation (OIS+), dual-LED two-tone flash, and laser-guided autofocus just like the LG G3. It sports a 2.1-megapixel front-facing camera. The G Flex2 will come in 16GB and 32GB storage variants that are expandable via microSD card.
The LG G Flex 2 consists of the same back panel that was present for LG G Flex. Its self healing feature now heals within 10 seconds at room temperature. The device measures in at 149.1x75.3x7.1 - 9.4mm, and weighs 152 grams. The curved handset packs a curved embedded 3000mAh non-removable battery, and will initially be available in two colours: Platinum Silver and Flamenco Red.
