Save All Gmail Attachments Directly To Google Drive

We all know what Google Drive is. Its a very goos feature provided by Gmail. We can store all our docs in Google Drive. We can also use it for reading the documents. This post is something realted to the attachments that we receive in our mail. It can be anything ppt, word file, txt file or any other file. Each and every time you need to download it and save it n your pc. Laten when you want it to be safe and secure for the future use, you then log into Google Drive and upload the file. But what if the attached file gets directly stored into the Google Drive? Isn't its amazing? Yes, now you can do this very easily.

This is possible with the help of Chrome's Add-on "Gmail Attachments To Drive". This feature allows you to save all the Gmail attachments directly to Google Drive.



Follow the steps below:

1. Open Google Chrome and go to Chrome Web Store.


2. Search and download the Chrome Add-on "Gmail Attachments To Drive" here and install it.
Note: This works only for Google Chrome.


2. After installing the addon you will be able to see the option “Save to Drive” between the View and Download options for the mail having some attachments.


3. When the you click on the “Save to Drive” option the attachment will be directly stored to the Google Drive.

4. You will see a message window stating that the file has been saved to Google Drive.


5. The file gets saved with the same name in your Google Drive Account.

This way you can directly store all your attachment directly to Google Drive.
