LG Optimus G Launched In India

After a success of Google Nexus 4, LG is providing more powerful phones. LG has officially launched the Optimus G (E(&%) in India. It went on sale in India last week. It is been said that it will make this their flagship handset in the Indian market. The Optimus G is very similar to the Nexus 4, in terms of specifications. You can also say that its a substitute of Nexus 4. This can be in competition with Galaxy SII and Sony Xperia ion.


Talking about the phone, It comes with a 4.7-inch (1280 x 768 pixels) True HD IPS + Display with 15:9 aspect ratio, 550 nits brightness and Gorilla Glass 2 protection, powered by a 1.5 GHz quad-core processor Qualcomm Snapdragon S4 APQ8064 processor with Adreno 320 GPU and runs on Android 4.1 (Jelly Bean) with LG  Optimus 3.0 UI on top and supports NFC. It has a 13MP camera with LED flash, Full HD video recording and a 1.3 MP front-facing camera. It is equipped with 2GB of RAM, 32GB of storage (SDcard expandable) and a removable 3,140mAh battery with wireless charging support.


It offers enhanced UX including upgraded QSlide that lets you open 2 apps in a single screen and now supports video, browser, memo, calendar and calculator. Other features include Live Zooming feature lets user to zoom into a specific area while watching a video. Other unique features such as QuickMemo, QTranslator, Video Wiz, Safety Care and more
