Twitter Adds Photo Filters To Android & iOS Apps

Its been known to all that Instagram has stopped using Twitter cards. Due to which now you wont be able to see instagram photos on the Twitter timeline. But yesterday, Twitter announced that they would be bringing filters option on the uploaded photos. This has been updated for Android and and for iOS also. Using this filters now you can add different effects to your photos, including the native photo filter, and can upload them on the timeline.

Twitter has 8 filters available along with standard, "No Filter" option. You can choose form different filters option like, Vignette, Black & White, Warm, Cool, Vintage, Cinematic, Happy and Gritty. This are not enough when compared to Instagram, but its a hope that Twitter will update this feature and provide more options and effects. You don't have to think much on how to use this filters. Just click on camera icon and take the photo. Once the photo is captured, you will see the option for the filters. Select the one you want.  As soon as you apply the effect, it will be automatically attached to your tweet.
