Automatically Send Birthday Wishes To Your Friends On Facebook
How many friends do you have on Facebook? I know this is not the right question to ask. We all have many friends, some known, some unknown and some yet to know. I think the day Facebook was invented, many people, or i should say some developers, started to get inside the facebook via decoding it. There are so many things that you can do with Facebook. In all our previous post we have seen some like, ... This things were not provided with the Facebook package but now we are able to use it. Thanks to all those coders and developers. Now wishing birthday greetings to friends is very much done on Facebook. It has the feature to let you know that whose birthday is today, and you can then wish him on his wall. But we get to know this when we are logged in.
Many time we forget to wish them. But suppose if you get some application which directly posts the birthday wishes on your friends wall on his birthday, what will be your reaction? Wow, that's great. In this way you wont give any chance to your friends to get angry for forgetting the birthday. Whenever the birthday arrives of any of your Facebook friends, the birthday wishes will be automatically posted on their wall. This is done a web application BirthdayFB. A the name suggests, Birthday FaceBook. BirthdayFB is a completely free app designed to make you a better friend, colleague, business partner, associate, client, you name it!
Lets find out how it works:
1. Go to Birthday FB website and gets connected to Facebook.
2. Then a window for the for permission will be displayed. Press on the "Login With Facebook" button.
4. Then you will be transfered to the page where all the list of the friends birthday will be displayed. Along with "Upcoming Birthdays".
5. To write the birthday message, click on the "Write Message" tab the top menu.
6. Now, to write the message, you can can select the "Canned Message" (the one which are saved by you or provided the websites) from the drop down list.
7. If you don't want to use the canned message, you can write your own message and can save it for further use by click on the check box and pressing the "Save" button.
8. You can use your canned / saved messages by click on the Canned Messages Button from the top menu.
9. You can set the time of posting the messages on your friends wall. Select the Preference option from the top menu and do the necessary changes.
That's all, once the messages are scheduled, they will be automatically posted. If at any time you want to edit your birthday message you can do it only before they get posted, means before their birthday.
To edit, click on ‘Scheduled Messages’ tab and click on the ‘Edit’ button to edit your messages.
Now there is no chance of forgetting the birthdays of your friends.
