Apple Releases iOS 6.0.1
After a huge launch of iPhone 5 containing iOS 6, Apple has released the iOS 6.0.1 with bugfixes and many other improvements. iOS 6 is now available for download through system's Software Update or through iTunes. It was said that the new iOS 6 was having some small problem related to screen glitch that appears with the onscreen keyboard and other issue was of camera that would cause the camera flash to not to go off. Everything else is same so lets come directly to the point. This update will be available for iPhone, iPad and iPod Touch.
Following are the updates that you will see in iOS 6.0.1:
All iPhone 5 users will have to install an "updater" application to update the issues. Once the updater has been installed, users can download iOS 6.0.1 from their devices. Since this update fixes a problem with iPhone 5s not getting over-the-air updates, iPhone 5 users will be prompted to download an updater first. Check the Software Update section on your iOS device or plug in your device to iTunes and use iTunes to check for the update instead.
Simply go to the Settings > General > Software Updates to check for the updater.
Once that is installed, you'll be prompted to download the iOS 6.0.1 update.
Some iPhone 5 users might have to reboot their devices after the upgrading. That's it. I hope this update fixes many of the issues that the user are facing in their iOS 6.
Cheers!!!
